Erich Yost

Lead Advisor

I've really enjoyed guiding wealthy families through the many challenges that come with growing and preserving their wealth over the past 13 years.

I like helping people. Whether it's a good friend or a stranger, I've always enjoyed lending a hand to others. Combined with my interest in investing, I've made it my lifelong mission to help people navigate the endless complexities of managing their wealth.

For more than a decade, I've worked directly with families to grow, preserve and utilize their generational wealth for the betterment of their communities. Previously, I was employed by a large multi-family office called Veritable (acquired by Pathstone) where my small client-facing team managed over 50 individual client relationships and $2.5B of assets. We crafted and managed investment portfolios to meet a wide range of goals for complex client estate structures. We also specialized in the selection and diligence of investment managers

While I entered this business with the mindset of an analytical investor, I quickly found that I enjoy the people side of the business even more. There's no better feeling than discovering what is keeping people up at night and seeing the transformation when that burden has finally been lifted

I slowly began to realize that there's more to wealth management than investments and after meeting Scott and learning more about his approach, I became convinced that there's a better way to serve clients. That is to prioritize our clients' problems and focus on broad financial planning advice versus investment solutions. In an era of widespread industry consolidation, I also believe dedication to an independent business model free of third party investors will serve clients best.

That is why I'm excited to join Scott and his team at Junto to improve the lives of our clients!
